Our racing cylinder heads have a proven track record in SCCA and Vintage racing.

All Orion cylinder head valve jobs are performed with our special torque plate installed and torqued to spec. This procedure is essential to minimizing valve leakage on Alfa Romeo cylinder heads. The valve jobs are performed on a state of the art SERTI head machine. The cylinder heads are accurately located to the head machine by special fixtures. The valve seats are cut with designated cutters that cut all valve angles and the valve throat simultaneously. Each seat is accurately located to the same depth. Our cylinder head porting utilizes special milling machine cutters, the amount of hand porting is minimal. These heads are the result of over 15 years of continuing research on Alfa Romeo cylinder heads. The result is optimized porting & valve jobs that are accurately reproducible port to port & head to head.
